Software and requirements

AEGenie is an extension for the Adobe app and operating system listed at purchase. Adobe software and AI provider access are separate. You are responsible for their accounts and any associated charges. Review AI-generated changes and keep backups of your projects.

Trial

A free trial starts when you register it inside the extension and lasts 72 hours, including time spent offline. No card is required and the trial does not automatically convert to a purchase. A trial is available once per computer and product. After it expires, editing features require an active paid license.

Paid licenses

A one-time purchase grants a non-exclusive license for the selected app and operating system, with one active computer at a time. Deactivate your old computer to transfer the license. Recovery is available through an emailed private link. You may not resell, redistribute, or share license keys or bypass licensing controls.

Internet is required for trial registration, paid activation, and periodic validation. Paid offline access lasts up to seven days after successful validation. An outage does not extend an entitlement beyond its signed expiry.

Updates and delivery

License keys and download instructions are emailed after payment verification. Updates within the purchased major version are included; new major versions may have separate upgrade terms. Update installation is manual. Compatibility is described for each build.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paddle, which provides the checkout and applicable tax information. See our Refund Policy. Approved refunds or chargebacks revoke the corresponding purchase licenses. A cached offline activation may remain usable until its expiry.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply under your local law. If a feature is unavailable or you need help accessing a purchase, contact support.
