Information used for licensing

Our licensing service records purchase email, transaction and product references, license status, activation records, and trial start and expiry times. The extension derives a hashed computer identifier from an operating-system machine identifier. It sends the hash rather than the raw identifier to enforce trial and activation limits.

We use hashed network identifiers for request throttling. Service providers may process IP addresses and operational logs when you connect. Activation credentials are stored using Windows user-bound encryption or macOS Keychain. Signed access records are stored in the application-support folder.

Payments, hosting, and email

Paddle processes payment details; we do not receive your full card number. Netlify hosts the site and backend, Supabase stores licensing records, and Resend delivers license and recovery emails. These providers process data under their own terms and may process it in countries other than your own.

Extension and AI data

The license service does not need your Adobe project files, prompts, or media. When you use AI or optional integrations, the extension may send selected project context, prompts, and media to your chosen providers. Review the extension's data-use instructions and each provider's policy before using sensitive material.

Website resources

The site loads Paddle checkout and Google Fonts, which may receive connection information. Checkout may use storage or cookies needed to complete a purchase. Recovery tokens are kept in the browser page's memory and are removed from the address bar after opening.

Retention and requests

We retain records needed to provide your purchase, enforce trial limits, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Recovery links expire after 30 minutes. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; some purchase and abuse-prevention records may need to be retained. We do not sell personal information.
