Refund Policy

Requesting a refund

If the product does not work as described, contact danyalrh2005@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your Paddle receipt or transaction reference, purchased version, and a description of the problem so DRAWWORKS can review your request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Paddle and the payment provider. Applicable statutory refund and cancellation rights remain in place.

Access after a refund

An approved refund or chargeback revokes licenses associated with the refunded transaction. For an order containing multiple products, contact support about a partial refund before submitting it; the initial system revokes the entire transaction. You must stop using the refunded software. Offline cached access may persist until its next validation or expiry.
